ISR 2026 — 15th International School on Rewriting
Location
The venue for the school is the Mercator 1 building in the Radboud University Nijmegen. Students and lecturers are housed together in the accommodation, which is located in the nearby village of Groesbeek.Accommodation
Participants and lecturers in the school can all stay in a shared accommodation: Seven Hills in Groesbeek, which features:
- 20 rooms for 2–4 people each (3 of these are reserved for the lecturers; the remainder is shared among the participating students; in principle we will aim to have two students to a room, but variation is possible depending on the number of registrations);
- large commoon area
- billiards, dance floor, sauna and mini-cinema
- access to a swimming pool and sports field (shared with other groups in the holiday park)
Venue
Lectures and exercise classes will take place in the Mercator Building at Radboud University, which is about a 28 minute bus ride, or 25 minute bike ride, away from the accommodation. This building is very close to the train station Nijmegen Heyendaal, which also has a bus stop with many regular connections.
Meals
Catered lunches will be provided in the Mercator building; breakfast and dinner will typically take place in the accommodation.
